For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students. Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: Parking for two vehicles in driveway. Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a $400/pet nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation. Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts Mail and package delivery to the property is prohibited. There is no access to the mailbox, if wanting to receive mail you will need to open a P.O. Box. DESCRIPTION: This two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage has a large, fenced in backyard, where you will find the primary entrance to the cottage. In the bedrooms you'll find a Queen bed in the primary room, then a Full plus a Twin bed in the guest room. There is also a sleeper sofa in the Living Room. The kitchen is modern with all the essentials. You'll find a great patio and grill outside too.
