STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. Relax in the living room with the comfortable layout and furniture (the sofas is a pullout bed) and flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a Queen bed, mounted TV, private en suite bathroom, and access to the oceanfront deck. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, utilizing the additional full bathroom in the hallway. Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and cornhole. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.
