STAY REQUIREMENTS: The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt. FEES: Please note that the published monthly rate does not include refundable security deposits, taxes, linens, travel/renters’ insurance, or any other applicable and optional fees. Homes that accept pets will require a nonrefundable $400 fee per pet. RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply. QUALIFICATIONS: All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. You'll have plenty of room to relax with the open concept kitchen, dining and living areas that lead out onto the spacious oceanfront deck. The main bedroom is also oceanfront with a Queen bed and attached full bath with it's own entrance to the deck. The second bedroom has two Twin beds and utilizes the second full bath in the hallway. A sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping arrangements. The unit is equipped with cable and Wi-Fi. Note that the fireplace is decorative only and does not function. *Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office. Bedding Recap: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Sofa Bed Parking: TWO parking passes are included.
