This studio is located in Chantilly (Brookfield community/neighborhood) near many popular shopping centers and well-known places such as Greenbriar Town Center (5 min), Chantilly Shopping Center (7 min), Sully Place Shopping Center (6 min), Fair Lakes Shopping Center (8 min), Fair Oaks Mall (8 min), Centreville Square Shopping Center (10 min), Chantilly Crossing Shopping Center (9 min), and Dulles International Airport (12 min), Fairfax Corner (12 min), Fairfax Government Center (12 min), George Mason University (18 min) and Northern Virginia Community College or NOVA (21 min). There are many popular stores located near the house, including but not limited to Starbucks, Giant, Shell, Ross, UPS, Fedex, Popeyes, McDonald’s, Marshalls, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, CVS, Kohl’s, Total Wine, Costco, Lotte, etc. It is just minutes to Rt. 50, Fairfax County Pkwy, and I-66. This is a good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities are included. Free high-speed Gigabit Verizon Fios internet. It has its own PRIVATE kitchenette (light cooking preferred), PRIVATE full bathroom, PRIVATE laundry room, PRIVATE entrances and exits as well (with front door facing front yard and a quiet street, and back door facing back yard and patio, wood fence throughout the back yard providing privacy and security). Ample parking space is available. This is a big studio that is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, chairs, shelves, microwave, etc. and most commonly needed furniture for your use. I am looking for 1 person renting it. Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in. Nice and quiet neighborhood, convenient location, close to many parks and other places that are usually necessary or frequently visited.
