Within 5 to 30 minutes to Downtown Pittsburgh, Kennywood Amusement Park, Pittsburgh International Airport, South Hills Village, Ross Park Mall, North Shore, Southside, Waterfront shopping, and all major highways of Pittsburgh Tenant must be currently employed full time. W-2 type of income, social security or disability, VA benefits, or court order child support income is best. Adequate provable documented income to afford the rent, must have clean rental history, criminal background check, and credit check. May accept small dog under 35lbs with extra security and extra rent each month. Sorry we do not accept cats.
