The kitchen looks onto the spacious dining/living areas, with great natural light and views of the neighborhood from the many huge windows with deep sills. The bedroom is big with good closet space. Gorgeous bamboo flooring throughout. Exposed brick and exposed ductwork. There is a closet with a washer and dryer. Extra storage space in basement. There is a wonderful rooftop common area with spectacular views of downtown, including of the Gateway Center and Highmark buildings. Close to tons and tons of shops, restaurants, and whatever else you may need. Parking around the corner in a parking garage is $195/month for residents, a great deal for downtown parking. Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for electric and $125 per month towards water, sewer, gas. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered).
