This is a newly remodeled open floor plan 3 bedroom 1 and half bathrooms is located in Village Townhomes community. The downstairs has a large living room. The kitchen has new quartz countertops with built-in microwave, stove, refrigerator, and a large window overlooking the enclosed patio. The washer and dryer hookups are located within a closet in the kitchen. Separate dining area with ceiling fan off of kitchen. All three bedrooms are upstairs. All new carpet and paint throughout the home. Wood planked vinyl throughout the first level. Additional storage on both levels. Downstairs has a great pantry area, coat closet, and deep storage under the stairs. Upstairs has a linen closet at the end of the hallway. Enclosed patio off of the dining room/kitchen area. Attached single car carport with upper unit storage. Community has pool, tennis court, basketball court, and park area. Great location close to shops, schools, freeway, and the beach. Owner is requiring renter's insurance during tenancy and must have proof of insurance at move-in. The application process is found through our website HBrentals net Please fill out the application and provide the necessary information asked. It is processed by a third party, Intellirent. There is a $50 application fee for each individual over the age of 18. We look for credit scores above 700, previous 24 months of verifiable positive rental history (including ledger of payments and tenant verification form returned), and income of approximately 3 times gross or 2.5 net of the monthly rent (qualifications can vary depending on the amount of adults applying). We do not take cosigners or guarantors. The owner can override any of our criteria.
