The property also includes a two-car garage with a washer and dryer, as well as a separate driveway entrance for added privacy and convenience. This wonderful Kula cottage is available as partially furnished or could be rented completely unfurnished. A minimum one-year lease term is required. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Included in the rent are water, sewer, yard service, pest control and trash. There is currently one trash bin on the property that is shared with the main house. If it is determined that an additional trash bin is needed for the property, the tenants would be responsible for the cost of the additional bin and service.
