This home was previously owner occupied and in fantastic condition. Walking in from the garage you will find a mudroom with built in, washer/dryer, laundry tub and quarter bath. Through that you will find a renovated kitchen with pantry and kitchen island. Dedicated dining space with deck access, and Large living room fill the main space. Off the front of the home you will find a large primary with duel closets, and bath with stand alone shower and tub. Also a large office of playroom facing the front yard. Upstairs you have 3 bedroom that share a full bath. Downstairs you have a second office or playroom, 3/4 bath, family room with walkout patio with fireplace, Bar with oven/fridge/Sink and a 5th bedroom/office/Storage. 3 Car Garage with side driveway parking area for an RV/Boat if needed. As a tenant you are responsible for all utilities, lawn and snow removal. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
