Plenty of storage and counter space for baking and batch cooking. The new bathroom was done in classic style but with modern niceties like a rain shower and an oversized medicine cabinet. The fenced-in yard has been recently cleaned up with plants coming in soon; a new fence and gravel patio area were also added for relaxing. Easily walkable to Parker Woods Preserve as well as Hamilton Avenue if you’re in the mood for a coffee at Sidewinder’s or guilty pleasures at the iconic Blue Jay. Miles of trails, loads of interesting and historic architecture to admire, and an eclectic mix of businesses make this area a walker’s paradise. We welcome cats and small dogs for a nominal monthly fee of $25/animal/month. Max 2 animals total and dogs must be 35 pounds or under.
