Preliminary applications received on or before June 1, 2026 will be included in a randomselection process (AKA “lottery). Preliminary applications received after that date will beprocessed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Applicants will be provided with information regardingthe lottery prior to the lottery taking place. The one-bedroom unit monthly rents will range from $585.88 to $1,301.75; two-bedroom unitmonthly rents will range from $685.75 to $1,544.00 and the three-bedroom unit monthly rents willrange from $778.25 to $1,770.50. Water, sewer and trash will be included in the rent. Images in listing are forreference only, actual unit may vary. Rental rates, income limits and availability dates are subject tochange without notice.
