The spacious living room has a decorative fireplace, a wall of windows, two closets, and direct access to a shared yard with a stunning view of Pittsburgh. There's also a bonus room that could be used as a formal living or dining room, game room, or office. The primary bedroom has a separate sunny area, walk in closet, and full bathroom with bathtub. The second bedroom has built in shelving in the closet. There's a laundry room in the unit and a second bathroom with glass doors on the shower/bathtub. Landlord pays water, Sewage, and trash. Tenant pays water, gas, and electric. There's gas heat and central AC. This duplex sits on a hill above the Mexican War Streets in the Northside. It's only a 5 minute drive and a 25 minute walk to Allegheny General Hospital. The incredible city view speaks for itself! All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
