This property is jointly leased and has a monthly rent of $1,550. A $1,550 security deposit and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. Water, provided by the Town of Boone, Electricity, provided by New River Light and Power, and cable and internet, provided by Charter, are all responsibilities of the tenant. Two parking spots are included, along with lawn care, and an on-site trash dumpster. This condo does not accommodate pets.
