The primary bedroom features a roomy closet, lots of natural sunlight, and en suite bathroom with linen closet, double vanity sink with storage, and tub/shower combo. The other four rooms are all spacious and can be utilized as either bedrooms, home offices, craft rooms, or gaming rooms. The other full sized bath has vanity sink storage and a tub/shower combo. The laundry room features full size appliances and additional storage. Tenants are permitted to utilize the garage, but the downstairs basement is not recommended for tenant use. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
