Hi everyone!!! My wife and I are 2 Boone locals and are looking for someone to rent our 2 bed 2 bath Condo starting in August as we are moving to Nashville! The space is amazing as it’s 2 bed 2 bath in a nice complex with quiet and friendly neighbors. It is an ideal spot for young professionals or even older individuals who are looking for a place to live. Very convenient to campus, schools, downtown, Samaritans purse etc. It is also a great spot for students as it sits right above Mountaineer village and near an Apple Cart stop. It’s a ground floor corner condo so you have your own backyard for hanging out in the sun and grilling versus being upstairs or facing the parking lot. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the guest bath has an extra door to the hallway so it can be accessed from outside the bedroom or from within. There is also an in unit washer and dryer! We have loved living here and are sad to leave Boone, but excited to have renters! Message me if you’re interested and we can set up a time to check it out and I can send over more details!
