The shared bathroom features tile floors, large tub/shower combo, and small laundry nook. Each bedroom offers a charming cabin feel with warm wood, lots of natural light, ceiling fans, vinyl plank flooring, and roomy closets. Due to the location, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles for inclement weather. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Electricity and internet are tenant responsibility. Well water, yard care, and trash removal are included. Heat is central heat and air. Pets are negotiable with owner approval. There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent for each approved pet. Age and breed restrictions apply.
