A keyless front door entry leads into an open-concept living room and kitchen, The cabin has luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, high-vaulted ceilings, and ample natural light. The kitchen features plenty of cabinet space with granite countertops and includes all full size appliances. To the left is the 1st bedroom with the same high ceilings, a fan, and ample storage space. The first floor bathroom with a walk-in shower can be accessed via a sliding barn door from the bedroom or from the living space. Off the living area is your spacious covered back porch, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee. Head downstairs to an additional open living space perfect for a den, game room, or man cave. The washer and dryer are located on this level along with another storage closet. There is a small nook that would be perfect for your home office. The 2nd bedroom and bathroom are off of the living space. Granite countertops and a tub/shower combination are featured in this bathroom. There is a door to walk out onto ground level here as well. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing.
