A shed in the back yard is also available for tenant’s use! Attached to the home is a two car garage, equipped with a work bench on the far wall. This space offers plenty of room to begin working on your next project or new hobby. This property is leased jointly and will have a security deposit that is typically the same amount as rent, as well as a $200 administrative fee are due upon signing. Water is included in the monthly rent, as it is serviced through a private on-site well. Electricity is serviced by Blue Ridge Electric. Cable and Internet, trash and snow removal, propane, and yard maintenance are all responsibilities of the tenants.
