About 140 Alpine Acres Rd
**Available for August pre-leasing** Enjoy all the charm of being in a mountain cabin with the convenience of being just minutes away from App State and downtown Boone with this 3 bedroom/ 2 bathroom log home, which includes a bonus room perfect for gaming, a home office, or craft room. Due to the location, we strongly recommend AWD/4WD vehicles for inclement weather. Enter and marvel at the spacious open concept living and dining room, with a gas log fireplace, coffered ceilings, and warm wood all around. Off the living space is a cozy kitchen, and the primary bedroom is on the main level, along with the bonus room and both full sized bathrooms. The washer and dryer are located on the main level as well, while the two additional bedrooms are located upstairs and both come equipped with a large wood framed window to let in plenty of natural light. Jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Well water, private septic, and lawncare are included in the rental rate. All other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is electric baseboard, propane Rinnai, and gas logs, no AC. This property does not accommodate pets. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application. To apply for this property, please email us at: ****. In order to send your application, we will need the first and last name, email address, and phone number for you and everyone who may be applying with you. There is a one-time non-refundable application fee per applicant over the age of 18 that covers the cost of a background check. All inquiries are processed in the order received. If you have any questions, let us know. We look forward to working with you!
