Downstairs, you'll find the laundry area, an additional living space, a full bathroom, and a primary bedroom. Lloyd Bentley has minimal exterior maintenance and a one-bay carport with other off-street parking available. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. A dog may be considered with approval; no cats permitted. All utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat source is oil furnace.
