Welcome to the East Wing of the Wetherill Apartments and unit 108. Formerly a Middle School, this building was converted to apartments with an unparalleled vision to retain some of the original features while offering a modern living experience. No two units are the same, creating a unique living experience for each resident. From the 19 ft ceilings, the 10 foot windows, to the private parking lot and secure entrances, this building is like no other. Enter in to the building through the East Wing secure entrance, passing the fenced dog park, to the apartment on the left, unit 108. Inside, there are rich warm toned hardwood floors, open concept living, loads of natural light and ample storage. To the right of the entrance is a coat closet, laundry closet and pantry closet which leads you into the modern kitchen. The kitchen offers plenty of cabinet and counter space, along with a peninsula for casual dining. The kitchen is connected with the Living Room/Dining Room space which features soaring ceilings and loads of natural light through the oversized original windows. Down the hall is the cozy bedroom with a warm neutral color palette and cozy carpet. The room also features the same oversized window for more natural light and a well sized closet. If a spa feel is your thing for the bathroom, you won't find a better fit than 108! Inside the spacious bathroom is more of the buildings original character retained and integrated into the design. The large vanity provides ample space, and the tiled shower/tub combo offers the perfect spot to relax. The linen closet increases the functionality and rounds out this gorgeous space. The Wetherill Apartments offer private parking for residents, secure entry doors and security cameras. Pet friendly with owner's discretion and a monthly pet fee. Tenant is responsible for all appliances, including any that are existing. Tenant pays all utilities including a $85 utility reimbursement fee.
