The updated bungalow style house is really cozy – The house is fully furnished with everything you will need to start living and enjoying Jacksonville, FL. The property includes a Smart TV in the living area, full kitchen with all cooking ware, utensils, blender, coffee maker, tea pot, two sets of linens for the beds, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, exercise bike, iron w/full size ironing board and more. The property has 2 cozy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. There is a peaceful fully fenced backyard with outdoor dining, gazebo, lockable storage shed and a new propane grill. The front yard is also fenced and has a parking area for 3 cars. The property INCLUDES quarterly pest control, Bi-annual AC systems check and high-speed internet with the cost of rent. Pet Friendly property (only dogs, no cats) – dog must be 25lbs or less - (max 1) $500 non-refundable pet fee required. Plus, a monthly pet rent of $75 per month. Pets must be disclosed in advance. All dogs are to be treated with flea and tick repellent on a monthly basis. Please note: Fleas and ticks can get very rampant quickly and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $1000 fee in addition to the non-refundable pet fee and any pet rent owed.
