Primary bedroom has its own bath and dual closets. The second bedroom and 3rd bedroom share a full bath on the across the living room. 1 parking Space is included, street parking is needed for a second car there is only one space per unit. Washer and Dryers are coin operated, there are 3 sets in the building. Bike Storage is on the main level and free of charge. As a tenant you are responsible for Gas and Electric. Water/Sewer/Trash are included. Renters insurance required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit.
