Plenty of space to park a boat or RV. Grass mowing and weeding is included in the rent. Tenant pays all utilities. Sorry, no cats. But one small or medium sized dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with $50 monthly pet rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit. First and last month's rent and refundable security deposit are required. This home is only available for a 6 month lease. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month. We screen all adult applicants, at applicant's cost, $50 per adult.
