The maximum lease term permitted is 18 months. Pets are not permitted at this property during a lease term. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this property. The age requirement to lease this property is 55 years of age or older (this property is located in an age restricted community). The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities and the pest control at the property. The refrigerator is the personal property of the Owner. Repair or replacement of this appliance will be up to the Owner and is not guaranteed. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during a lease term. The security deposit for this property is $2500 due at signing.
