Vanity and bath tub in the guest bath. Large covered back porch. This property is within 1.6 miles from the Legacy Activity Center on Texas Drive. Tenants will be responsible for providing their own washer and dryer during their lease term. Smoking is not permitted at this property. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and provides the lawn maintenance (this property is located in the landscaped maintained section of Sun City).Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown water restrictions, the rent, utilities, renters insurance and the pest control at the property.
