I’ve been here more than 3 years. Waters Edge and I have had our differences, but I have seen evidence that they are handling any matters that I brought up with care. I post this review in good faith that this property with continue to take care of its residents. At the end of the day, the on-site staff is amazing! Maintenance, front office, etc. all work very hard to make this place wonderful to live. Shoutout to Clover, who continues to be the most patient and kind of people, and is an incredibly asset to this apartment complex. The property is gorgeous, the community is great, and this is a safe and caring place to live. This is the view from my balcony! Clover helped me hand pick it out when I first moved in.

Everything has been just great. Very friendly neighbors and love the Waters Edge staff. Love my view from my back patio. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Very fat turn around on my maintenance requests. I am so happy to be in such a peaceful place.
