A lower credit score may be accepted but is based on credit report details and will require a monthly credit risk mitigation fee (see application instructions for details). *Dogs and cats may be permitted with an additional deposit & monthly pet fee. Pet deposits and pet fee amounts are determined by overall pet profile score.
