Nick is awesome very friendly and never in a rush. He's always fixing our appliances and even asks about previous repairs and asking if we've had problems since. He won't complete an order until it's 100% fixed no matter how long it takes. He even came after hours before the holidays to help us with our heater. He's always in a great mood and we're very lucky to have him.

Great professional work! He done a job very quickly and respond at any time. At midnight our water heater was not working he contacted us immediately to gave instructions but it didn't worked. Next day morning itself he fixed our water heater and bathroom tap controller. Thanks to Legacy at Fox valley community. Thank you Nick.

The long awaited review. I wanted to wait till I’m moved out to provide a review of my full experience. I lived at Legacy at Fox Valley for 5 years. I’ve experienced 3 management throughout my lease. The longest management team and maintenance crew was BH Management [Sinai, Argelia, Frank, Nicholas]. I value safety of the community, cleanliness of the property, peaceable neighbors, service, professionalism of management/maintenance, and consistency. Having been experienced 3 management changes, I have contrast. Sinai, Argelia, Frank, and Nicholas are the best in my experience. The people I see daily onsite that is. BH Management who emails me my lease renewal options or final update to my move out is another story. Felt robotic in my experience. Maybe I was talking to AI. There was a lot they had to put into order when they took over in 2022. I did not like when SmartRent upgrade was implemented. It was a frustrating process. As well as the change in water allocation bill. But Sinai’s team were professional and helpful even in my frustration. Frank is very hands on as a Maintenance Supervisor. Genuine and kind. He truly cares. The maintenance turn around for request for the last year has caught up. It was backed up prior to 2022. Nicholas his right hand is also genuine and kind. Knowledgeable and quick when he works. So helpful and honest. Argelia is always so helpful. Responsive with emails. Will acknowledge if they are delayed with responses. Accommodating most times. Helped me a lot with my moving out process. Very professional. Sinai as I’ve witnessed her, she’s hands on. I’d seen her painting, cleaning the pool, or helping with some lawn care. I came back after I moved out to pick up some mails and she was helpful with that. I considered renewing, but at the time the cost did not make sense, and the unit available, and location isn’t preferred. My old unit was a classic and due for remodeling. Brook 775 sq ft at the time, was perfect for me. The neighbors were okay most days. Quite enough. Unit was by the road so it can get loud but manageable. Neighborhood is safe. A lot of kids running around. Lots of family. When I left, there were tenant who’s been there longer than I have and still there. Lawn care could be improved. But the property is clean. Ample parking space. The snow plow is on time. Trash pick up as well. I don’t care for community events, but they have those and I think family with kids do benefit from them. Thank you Sinai, Argelia, Frank, Nick— I appreciate each of you. I am grateful for my time living at Legacy at Fox Valley. Each of you have been significant with how satisfied I was with my rental.
