No evictions in the last five years. • Criminal background check required. • Income: Combined monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent (i.e. $1,495x3.5 = $8,732.50 or more each month). • Pets/Animals: Must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals. • We are only able to hold the home for a move-in/lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date the application is approved.
