For added convenience, the unit includes in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer (maintained by the tenant) as well as one off-street parking spot. Lease term: Lease will end 4/30/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, trash and $60 per month towards water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: For each allowable pet, there is a $300 one-time non-refundable fee. Max 2 pets.
