Safe, secure, nice people living around. Apartments are spacious. Lots of place for jogging outside. Gym and pool are very good attractions. Feels peaceful while taking a walk around the area. All the good places are nearby.

I lived in Stoencliffe Apartments for nearly 7 years starting from May 2009. I greatly enjoyed my stay and I believe it is one of the best apartments around the Monroeville area considering the price and the quality of life around it. The rent is average and it definitely worth it. The apartment complex is very clean all around with lots of trees and beautiful landscape. I had 1 and 2 bedroom apartments at different times and they are decent size and good quality inside. The pool area surrounded by trees and grass is just breath taking for the summer time entertainment. Every now and then I took my kids and enjoyed the pool area. The club house in front of the pool is amazing if you are planning a major party. I am just leaving the place because my family number is increasing and I have to get a larger place. Reception office, Maintenance department and emergency response centers seem to be on top of everything. I always got immediate response from the maintenance department for any minor or major requests. I and my family had also a couple of occasions where we locked ourselves out and the emergency center response was amazing, it didn’t take more than 5 minute to open the door even in the late evening hours. Currently, I noticed that they are moving more towards incorporating technologies where tenants have the option to submit any kind of requests online and they keep you updated through email about the status and completion of the job requested. That definably saves a lot of time for tenants. I loved the high security environment around the apartment. I believe also it benefited the high security as it is close to a police station. I haven’t seen/heard any major or minor crime in the last 7 years in the area except once where there was a minor burglary incident a couple of years ago and it didn’t even take much to take the burglar down. I highly recommend Stonelciffe apartments for any one out there who is looking for a decent living environment.
