Wendilea Apartments is the perfect place to call home, offering a peaceful and comfortable living experience. All Ascend Property Management residents are enrolled in the Resident Benefits Package (RBP) for $39.95/month which includes liability insurance, credit building to help boost the resident’s credit score with timely rent payments, up to $1M Identity Theft Protection, HVAC air filter delivery (for applicable properties), move-in concierge service making utility connection and home service setup a breeze during your move-in, our best-in-class resident rewards program, and much more! More details upon application. There is a $60 per month utility reimbursement fee which includes water, sewer, and trash service. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If approved, there is a $300 non refundable pet fee and $25/month pet rent. Requirements: 2.5x the rent for income Deposit equal to rent, with approved application a deposit holds the property for 10 days. All occupants 18 and over must apply. Application fee is $55. Housing vouchers not accepted. No evictions, bankruptcies, or repossessions in last 5 years. No landlord or utility collections. Landlord references will be verified. Tenant responsible for electric service.
