This two flat unit features stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, and ceiling fans, and updated finishes and hardwood flooring throughout. Tenant pays heating/cooking gas and electric Pets allowed up to 40 lbs (adult weight; breed restrictions apply) $400 non refundable move in fee Housing vouchers welcomed! (voucher size must match bedroom count) We use several factors in determining whether to approve or decline an applicant. These factors include but are not limited to: credit history, financial stability, eviction history, delinquencies, bankruptcies, debts, collections, credit activity as well as residential history.
