This has been my residence for over 3 years. I was in a 2 bedroom and downsized to a one bedroom. When I came into the one bedroom it was remodeled and beautifully repainted. I like staying here because I feel at most, safe. My neighbors are nice and they pick friendly tenants who surround me. Nicole and Bob are always helpful to me. Whenever I call, I'm able to get the answers I need. They make me feel welcomed and at home here at Orchard and I hope I can stay here at a good price for as long as I may. I love my little home!

When trying to find a place to move in, Lana was very helpful and understanding and she also helped me get in right away. She also very realistic about every aspect of the apartment, also very helpful when it came to showing me different units. Lana is definitely the right person you want to help you when it comes to the best fit for you and accommodations.
