FEE'S OWED: First month's rent is due at move-in and security deposit due 48 hours after final approval. Minimum security deposit of $2395 PET POLICY & FEES: Pet's must be approved during application process and applicant may be required to pay a non-refundable $250 pet fee and/or an additional pet deposit and an additional $25 pet rent. These fees are applied per pet. If you have more than 1 pet, it must get approved prior to you applying. Tenants must obtain renter's insurance specifying pet liability.
