Entryway, screen porch, backyard and the home are all private. Entrance to this unit is through the gate on the right side of the property. Please do not disturb tenants in the main house. Fully applianced kitchen with large pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Large closets in both secondary bedrooms as well. Recessed lighting, ceiling fans in every room. Small pets are allowed (breed restrictions apply). There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee as well as a monthly fee of $25 per pet. First Month's Rent and Security Deposit are required at lease signing. Additional deposits may be required based on screening results.
