I was very impressed that he actually answered the phone when I called and also quickly responded to my text messages. This is rare nowadays. I felt confident that I would get the same service when I moved in. Thank you Sam for making this entire experience stress free and yes yes I love my apartment.

The best first apartment experience! The staff is phenomenal and made my move-in process/stay incredible. Only moving for work otherwise I would stay forever! Maintenance is quick and efficient. Clean amenities that are never crowded! The office also hosts a lot of resident events so you can get to know your neighbors. I recommend living here to everyone! Great spot close to the sunrail, downtown Lake Mary/Sanford, and quick access to the major highways. Thank you for everything!!
