A restored warehouse turned into a breath taking ground-level loft in the heart of the Westside, a walk from Grand Valley State University's Pew Campus. You get 1,113 square feet, two full bathrooms and your own entrance straight from the outside. No shared hallway, no elevator, no carrying groceries up a flight of stairs. Skylights and tall windows light the apartment from above as well as from the wall, which almost never happens on a ground floor. The kitchen has quartz counters and new stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are in the apartment, not down a hall and not shared. Each bedroom has a full bath of it's own. Bridge Street and it's restaurants and bars are a few blocks north, John Ball Zoo is west on the same street and campus is a short walk east across the river. Available October 10. The Details. Can I see the property? This apartment is occupied, so tours are guided by our staff rather than self-guided. We confirm your time back to you once the current residents have their notice. You will see the apartment lived in. It is professionally cleaned and turned before move-in. How do I apply? You do not need to tour first. What are the requirements to qualify? Credit score of 650, household income of at least 3x the rent and good rental history with no balances owed to previous landlords. No evictions in the past five years. Background screening includes criminal history, reviewed individually rather than as an automatic disqualification. $50 per adult and every adult 18 or over applies separately. You get the full criteria before you pay anything - the fee is non-refundable, so read them first. Can I bring a pet? Cats and dogs are welcome. You will know your pet's monthly rate before you sign. Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets. They are accommodated under Fair Housing law with no pet fee, no pet rent and no weight or breed limits. Do you accept vouchers? Yes. We work with any housing assistance program. Every applicant goes through the same screening criteria, whatever the source of income and the income requirement is measured against the portion of rent you are responsible for. Are there any hidden fees? No and here is the whole list so nothing surprises you at signing. Internet is $60 a month and is required. Storage, including bike storage, is rented separately if you want it. Pets carry the fee above. There are no charges for a..
