Kitchen includes stove/range, dishwasher and refrigerator.* Large bedroom has walk in closet, attached bonus space and vintage bathroom! Spacious parking lot behind building and shared laundry room is on the first floor. You pay gas and electric, water is included with rent for additional flat rate fee. *Appliance not covered under appliance warranty. Pets are welcome upon approval and completed pet screening through https resident ourpetpolicy com signup (breed restrictions apply). Additional pet deposit of $300 per pet and monthly pet rent of $25 per pet is required. All applicants must complete a pet screening report regardless of ESA, service animals, household pets or having no pets.
