Tenant must provide their own. -No washer and dryer hook-up. -No pets. All applications need to be submitted online at www skrpropertiesfl com -Each adult who will be living in the unit needs to apply separately. Please fill out all information correctly and thoroughly as well as put co-applicants name. -Once you submit your application you will receive an email asking that you approve and pay for the background screening which is $32. Please be sure to check your email. If you do not approve and pay for the background screening we cannot proceed with the application process. -A $50 application & processing fee will be collected once you have been approved for the unit along with the security deposit which is $1500 first months rent which is $1000. Applicants must meet the following criteria: 1. Three months of paystubs or other proof of income 2. Six months or more job experience in Orlando 3. Minimum income requirement of 2 times the rent 4. No evictions within the past 10 years 5. Criminal records must contain no felony convictions for crimes involving violence, assault or battery, firearms, the illegal manufacture, or distribution of a controlled substance within the past seven years and no sexual offenses ever. 6. No pets allowed 7. No smoking inside the apartments 8. You will need $1000 + $1500 deposit + $50 app fee per adult. Each adult who will live in the unit must apply and go through background and credit screening. Centrally located in historic Parramore -- minutes to downtown Orlando, downtown sports venues, bus lines, area schools and major highways. Parking available.
