This two bedroom, two bathroom luxury apartment is located on one of Charleston's most happening streets, East Bay Street. Enjoy the modern amenities this apartment has to offer and simply walk out the door to experience some of Charleston's best restaurants and shopping! This spacious and comfortable apartment is located on the second floor accessible via an elevator or a staircase. You will enter the front door and step into the inviting living room. Here you will find plenty of comfortable seating, a large TV, and a fun light feature. Just off of the living room is the kitchen. The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet and counter space, and a center island with seating for three! There is a sitting area at the bay windows beside the kitchen. This is the perfect spot to soak up the natural light and people watch! At the front of the apartment is the first bedroom which can also be used as a home office. Here you will find a twin size trundle bed, a desk and chair, and an armoire for clothing storage. The first full bathroom is just off of this bedroom! The master suite is located on the opposite side of the apartment, allowing for maximum privacy! The bedroom features a luxurious King size bed, large TV, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom. The bathroom features a large vanity and tile shower. The washer/dryer are located in the master closet for your convenience. Just outside of the apartment you will find a common area which allows for additional outdoor entertaining and seating. Please note this property does NOT include parking. There are a few nearby parking garages which would be your best option for parking if you have a vehicle. NO PETS ALLOWED In addition to the security deposit of one full month’s rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax.
