Large house on three levels. Main floor has one bedroom, living area, kitchen with stove and fridge furnished, and formal dining room. Nice open porch to East. Two bedrooms and full bath on second floor. Both Bedrooms have closets that run the length of the side wall and one bedroom even has a second smaller closet. There is even a closet off of the bathroom. Lower level (basement) has a living room area and a man-cave, a shower is in the laundry room and a washer and dryer are furnished. There is off street parking for multiple vehicles. A one car garage space can be rented for $50 and two car for $75. The yard is kind of small for the size of the house. You can hire our lawn and snow service for $25 a month or do it yourself. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Average monthly cost for gas and electric through Northwestern as of Oct 2026 is $155. $500 pet deposit plus an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit. All of our units are non-smoking. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, etc. This is the rule even if you have a medical card. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. (Important info to fill out is Name, phone number and email) 2. One of our representatives will reach out to you. 3. You can ask any questions, and set up a time to view. 4. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online. 9. HAPPY MOVING
