This blue house is so cute on the inside. When you enter into the front door you will enter into a large living room. There is an opening in the wall that allows for someone to see into the kitchen. The entrance into the large kitchen is on the edge of the living room. The washing machine is in the kitchen. There is plenty of room in the kitchen for a dinning room table. Both bedrooms are fairly small and do not have closets. The bathroom is a good size with a tub shower combination. There is a none heated back porch with lots of space for storage. The dryer is also in this back room. The door going to this room is next to the washing machine so the washer and dryer are not far apart from each other. The backyard is very large. Early in 2022 we purchased this property. We did quite a lot of up grades to the house. The lights have been updated. The floors have been upgraded with vinyl plank. We painted the interior. We do allow pets with a $500 pet deposit with an additional $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1. Contact us through the site you are viewing this property on. Fill out a rental application. $30 application fee. 5. Wait for application status (Approved or Denied) 6. Sign a Lease 7. Pay Deposit, until deposit is paid the unit is NOT secured to be yours 8. Pay rent, prove any applicable utilities are in your name, get keys, pay pet deposit if applicable, sign a paper in our office stating lease was signed online. 9. HAPPY MOVING
