Nice sized family room with hardwood floors and some built in cabinets. All rooms have blinds or curtains. Spacious bedroom with closet and AC Unit. This Unit is not pet friendly. New residents would pay for gas, electric, trash and snow removal. Water is billed at an additional $30 per month. Lawn care is included. Coin-operated Laundry is in the building. Leases must end between May 1st and July 31st with option to renew. There is a non-refundable $350 cleaning fee due at signing.
