My wife and I had lived here for over 4 years! Anne the property manager is amazing. Along with the wonderful maintenance crew. The pool and the gym are 2 of my favorite amenities at Central Park Place, along with the dog park and volleyball courts. I would highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a beautiful place to live!!

We recently moved in and are quite pleased! You know when you see the Property Manager out watering plants on the weekend that you've found a good place. The team at CPP have been very responsive all the way through our application process, the follow up afterward, and the maintenance request after we moved in. The location is phenomenal: Easy access to I-96, shopping in Plainfield or on the East Beltline, a quick trip to downtown GR, and the airport is only 20 mins away. The best part is that the area is so quiet and peaceful. All our neighbors are respectful, minimal car traffic, the grounds are well kept, the pool and gym are nice, and we feel safe here. If you're looking to be in GR, give Central Park Place a good look.
