My wife and I had lived here for over 4 years! Anne the property manager is amazing. Along with the wonderful maintenance crew. The pool and the gym are 2 of my favorite amenities at Central Park Place, along with the dog park and volleyball courts. I would highly recommend moving here if you are looking for a beautiful place to live!!

You know when you see the Property Manager out watering plants on the weekend that you've found a good place. The team at CPP have been very responsive all the way through our application process, the follow up afterward, and the maintenance request after we moved in.
The location is phenomenal: Easy access to I-96, shopping in Plainfield or on the East Beltline, a quick trip to downtown GR, and the airport is only 20 mins away.
The best part is that the area is so quiet and peaceful. All our neighbors are respectful, minimal car traffic, the grounds are well kept, the pool and gym are nice, and we feel safe here.
If you're looking to be in GR, give Central Park Place a good look.

We have really enjoyed living in Central Park Place Apartments. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of... Lots of cute dogs playing in the dog park... beautifully upgraded kitchens... Spacious rooms with large closets... a window box seat. All around, a lovely apartment. We've only had a couple of maintenance requests and Nick has been quick to come and see what's going on and then completely fixes the issue - he doesn't just put a patch on something and hopes it'll hold - he fixes it till it works like it's new. (There's another man who works with Nick, but I can't remember his name. He's also quick to come and fix things) Fantastic maintenance department.
The 2 ladies in the front office, Anne and Carla are also wonderful. Touring the complex with Carla was enjoyable and we appreciated her answering all of our questions. We've had one troublesome neighbor, but Anne took care of it. Both ladies are always a pleasure to chat with, when we need something from the office. And the whole staff will have various activities, like a grill night, burger night, chips and cokes, Halloween Trick or Treating... alot of fun reasons to swing by the office, say 'hello', meet some neighbors and grab some treats. They've created a special atmosphere we've not experienced in other complexes. All around, a wonderful apartment complex. We've enjoyed living here and recommend Central Park Place if you're looking for a comfortable and beautiful home!

Isaiah from the super maintenance crew has been a great example of dedication and leading by example. I see him everyday trying to increase the visuals of the apartment complex in and out. Everything the staff does is done in a professional manner and i am highly impressed.

I have been here since February 2020 and have experienced many of the different management, leasing agents, and maintenance staff that have been here. By far, Anne, Carla, and the current maintenance staff have been the best and most helpful! They care about the residents, the property, and the community. I am so happy with everything they have done to improve the location. I am actually sad to be leaving at the end of my lease (I have elderly grandparents that cannot live on their own anymore so I am moving in to take care of them). Highly recommend this apartment complex for your future home!

10 years ago I lived here, left and moved back into complex 2 years ago. In the past year I have received the best service. This service is all because of Nick. Nick cares about the Central Park Place community and takes his roll in maintenance very serious. I can say this first hand for the response time in fixing my washer and furnace. Nick is sociable, friendly and takes pride in his work.

Been living here since early 2023. It's been a wonderful place to live. When I first came here, maintenance was overloaded, but they still took the time to be very thorough and made sure that I was happy with the service I was getting. It made me feel very welcome and cared for.
We've had a mystery leak off and on for a little while and were finally able to pinpoint where it was coming from. Our maintenance man, Isaiah, found out where it was coming from and went above and beyond to get that resolved for us, and fast too!
I really appreciate the team here. I've rented at a number of places, and this ranks among the best.

Never have we ever had a more pleasant experience in leasing our new apartment! Lexie was a joy to work with and answered every question and concern we had. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and kind. We cannot wait to start this next chapter!

I'm compelled to add another 5 stars to my earlier review! Our son has challenges that can make interactions difficult. Nick came to our unit today and immediately sensed that he needed to use care in speaking with him. The interactions were kind and friendly. Nick was able to complete what was needed without any undo stress for anyone! Knowing that the team tasked with helping us is also a team that is kind and understanding makes living here even more of a joy. Thank you, Nick!

When the team tasked to help you is as excellent as this one has been, an additional review is needed. Once again we have had the benefit of 5-star service! We found ourselves with water coming through a ceiling on a Thursday evening. After a quick call to the afterhours line, Dante was here to assess the situation and offer emergency assistance. Friday morning brought Brett and Nick to repair the issue in the unit above and provide mitigation services to us. Brett took the time to explain to our son what was being done and how to manage the equipment if necessary. He also let him know that he would be available throughout the weekend if we needed him. Isaiah and Brett were back to confirm that everything was safe and dry, leaving our master bathroom looking as if nothing happened! Courtney was a huge help in making sure the gentlemen knew when I would prefer they come in. The guys even helped move my planter to be sure it was out of the way before the planned building wash was scheduled!
Anne has assembled an amazing team to help her maintain our community and we are extremely thankful!
