This online application is simple and straightforward and should not take more than 10 minutes to complete (fee of $100 per guest). This application must be completed and approved by the office prior to your arrival. (It may take up to 10 business days to process the application. Check with the owner about the pet policy. Tenants shall pay a non-refundable application fee, a tenant card/guest card fee. 30 days minimum rental. For leases for less than 6 months and 1 day, a 14% tax must be added, as required by law.
