Located near US-60 and Loop 101, you're just minutes from ASU, downtown Tempe, and Mesa. Dine nearby at Oregano’s, The Original ChopShop, or Cafe Rio, and shop easily at Fry’s, Trader Joe’s, or Safeway. If you're looking for affordability, comfort, and a peaceful community, this home is a great fit. House Rules -Single Occupancy per Room – No subleasing or room sharing allowed. -Guests – Max 3 nights per visit, 15 nights per year. Longer stays require written approval. -Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. -Shared Area Cleanliness – Always clean up after using the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. -No Indoor Smoking – Smoking is allowed outdoors at least 25 ft away from all entrances/windows. -Pets – Not allowed unless approved. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine. -Wi-Fi Use – For tenants only. Passwords should not be shared with guests. -Laundry Etiquette – Remove laundry within 30 minutes of cycle completion.
