About 205 Robinson St #10
This is a second floor, one bedroom unit with hardwood floors, dishwasher, glass top stove, built in microwave, new cabinets, and plenty of closet space. We provide one window Ac unit. Tenants pay electric only, heat is electric. Landlord pays water, sewage and trash. This is a 24 unit, brick building on Robinson Street in Oakland. It is conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, multiple hospitals, and is close to the bus line. Each unit has one assigned off street parking space included in the rent. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. Landlord will pay water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only. There is electric baseboard heat. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Leases at our Oakland properties can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year.
