We have multiple apartments available for this coming summer at 151 and 205 Robinson Street in West Oakland. These are 1 bedroom apartments (each apartment has a different layout) available for a lease to begin between July 16th and August 16th for $1375 - $1425 per month plus electric. They have hardwood floors, ceramic kitchens and bathrooms, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The kitchens all feature dishwashers, built in microwaves, glass top stoves, garbage disposals, and oak cabinets. The apartments have similar layouts, but some have been renovated more recently with granite counters. They are conveniently located 1 1/2 blocks away from the University of Pittsburgh, Carlow University, hospitals, and everything Oakland has to offer! Each unit comes with one assigned off street parking space. There is coin operated laundry and extra storage in the basement. There are bike racks inside the building on each floor. An AC unit will be provided. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric only, heat is electric. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and City of Pittsburgh licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Leases in these buildings end July 15th, July 31st or August 15th of each year, but we sometimes have tenants who would like to vacate earlier.
